engine mount questions for swap

i have seen both three and four mount kits, what mount is a three mount kit missing? does it not have the front or the rear mount??

It really depends on the car and the motor is going into.92-95 civics with b-series motors have 3mounts.Maybe the 88-91 civic use 4mounts.It could be a mount kit for an h22 motor swap.
