Default Engine internals

I recently blew my engine. Cylinder 3 was showing 0 PSI and after taking the head off I found that 1 of the exhaust valves is broken. Sooo, im getting a valve job done on it and im replacing the whole valve train..

So whats a nice strong, reliable, and not so expensive valve set ( valves, springs, retainers ) ? Im looking at Omni or buddyclub. But I dont know which is better or if those just flat out suck anyways. I also have skunk2 cams so the lift is higher. ( im actually not sure if I have those .. the guy I bought the engine from said it did ) =/

So also, how do I know if I got skunk2 cams? lol

I also need to replace the valve cover studs ( the ones that you tighten to put the valve cover on. ) I stripped 2 of the bolts .. not the nuts. but the bolts
