Engine Help....

I have a b16a block complete with crank, rods, and pistons, and I have a b18c1 head compete with intake manifold. What would I have to do to make this work, since b16 is 1.6 and and the head is for a 1.8. I should know this but I dont. Please help me out here......

anyone else? there are not going any problems. So I can just put them together and then get a tranny, ecu, and axles for my car. Then start it up and not have any problems.....
