Engine fan issue on 95 Del Sol D15b7
I’ve been having troubles finding the exact issue as to why my engine fan won’t kick on. I’ve checked all the wiring and fuses/relay in line with the fan motor. I’ve tested to make sure the fan works by jumping the leads on the thermo switch pigtail and it kicks on with key power so I know the motor works. I replaced the thermo switch on the thermostat. I also just replaced the coolant temperature sensor underneath the distributor thinking that maybe that would fix it. I also don’t have a functioning water temp gauge even after replacing the coolant temp sensor. At this point I’m thinking either the temperature sender is bad or there is a wiring issue between the sending unit and the ecu since apparently the ecu doesn’t know when the car reaches 200 degrees. I’ve also considered that maybe there’s a grounding issue. I know I’ve managed to hit temp because I drove for at least 2 hours straight in the FL heat banging gears a couple days in a row now. If anyone has any insight on this, or ideas as to what route I should take at this point, please shed some knowledge.

if you jump the thermo switch with a paper clip the fan turns on?
and you replaced the switch, then you may just need to bleed the coolant and maybe clean the connector for the thermo switch

I had already done both of these prior to this post. At this point I've given up trying to mess with it since I'm about to just do a swap in the next month anyway now lol
Thanks for the suggestion though
