engine dies when given gas

engine dies when given gas

the egine starts fine and idles great but as soon as i give it gas it dies out everyhime anyone know what this could be and its a vac leak checked it out.

MAP sensor is disconnected map sensor is the 1 on top of the throttle body !! i guarantte u that
