hi ppls i am going to buy a 5th generation civic, most likely 1992 or 1993 but i dont know where to find the engine code? i had a look at a few about 3 days ago and i couldnt fine any of these codes..

does anyone have any pics or advice to help me out ?
btw i am a complete noob so dont mind my lack of knowladge

but where do i find the codes on a particular engine?

 

look at the block for the engine code and on the head there is a marking on what year the motor is
