Default engine code 43 on 93 accord

i'm still getting a engine code 43 on my 93 accord EX. i changed the O2 sensor, my injectors and a new fuel pressure regulator. i was having this problem, when i accelerate the car moved fine then it would hesitate and once i release the gas pedel and accelerate again its fine. i disconnected the battery and the check engine light comes back with the same code. . any suggestions? i need to get this fixed ASAP since i have a emissions test due in June.

valve adjustment, exhasut leak between the engine and o2 sensor, or bad wiring can cause that code, as well as it being too rich/too lean fuel conditions. chances re though its one of the otehr things rather than too rich/lean.
