Default Engine Building

Im piecing my engine together and have a couple of ?'s
When putting it together is there any type of lubricant i should use and what parts need it.
Also, it would be really helpful if anybody knew a website or book i could get all the bolt specs. thanks!!!

Non-synthetic motor oil for the cylinder walls, piston rings, pistons, oil pump, valve stems and seals, o-rings, and gaskets.

Redline, Torco, Royal Purple assembly lube for bearings, journals, wrist pins, cams, and rocker arms.

See Helm service manual for fastener torque specifications.
