Default engine bearings

which engine bearing would you use
i have a gsr and will be boosted what bearings will take the punishment
and for a while

you can go with stock or with acl

you can use any bearing you want, just make sure the machinst or the assembler is comfortable with them, it doesn't matter the bearings, just the clearances and installation

acls are generally honda green which are right in the middle...

you ahve to check the sizes ont he block and crank and see what your motor asks for.... if it wants blacks blues or yellows the acls will not be for you

Ihave heard from good honda builders that stock honda are almst the best and are used in nascar motors .Also King bearings are good and are cheaper than stock honda.

I use em in my chevy. Went with honda when i put the little bastard together though.
