Energy suspension bushing kit
I am French and I prefer driving quickly on a circuit. We have several circuits on the country. I live near a circuit (20 kilometers)
It is too dangerous on the street (police and others drivers).

1. it's a mess to replace all rubber bushings with poly
2. car handles much better
3. you will hear/feel each crack on the pavement & it will be almost impossible to drive on the european brick-paved city streets.

well, i put them on my 91 civic sedan and was VERY pleased with the sharpening in handling along with sway bars, struts, springs, etc. and have survived on the mean streets of DC for some years with only minimal squeeking - happy overall & very fun to hit a corner hard and accelerate through it where all aother street cars are braking....
It does help tighten up the car. A worthwhile upgrade
They squeek like micky mouse getting raped if you don't keep them lubed up
They are a pain in the *** to install if you do it yourself and expensive if you have someone else do it.
If you are looking to dramatically improve the handeling you should seriously look at the radius arm setup by Z10 http://www.z10eng.com/products.cfm#rat1
Hope this helps

Sandpaper helps with the squeaks
Yes I am serious the shinny surface of the bushings are part of the manufacturing process and don't let the poly self lubricate which is is supposed to do. You use the sand paper to dull up the surface then lube them with the grease they give you and you should be fine.
