its the same as going KONI for european cars
go for the one that offers the customization that YOU need for your aplication
sure tiens 32 diffrent dampening settings with a little computer switch are cool, but do u really need it?
and if you were ultra serious about your suspension, you wouldnt be asking peeps online but go directly to tien and tell ask them that i have X type car and i want to use it for X type purpose, what do u offer and what kind of competition do you have? ask the same question to all the suspension tuners your looking at, then make your selection.

Its the "cool" coilover to get these days. Everyone recommends it, but never any reasons why, other than the adjustability. (which isn't even that important.)
Honestly I like the zeals(endless) better than Tein. From what I read, the valving is better.

JIC, Buddy Club, HKS, Apex'i, etc, etc
