Default emissions failed too much nox HELP

its a 88 crx with a jdm b16. Spoon ECU, the numbers were
HC .3 standard- 1.6
CO 2.8 std - 15.00
Nox 3.1 std - 2.5

it cant be lean cause of my spoon ecu. what can it be??

Not too lean, too rich.
I had to turn my fuel pressure way down to pass emissions.

swap your stock b16 one into it and then see if you can pass it.

I suggest getting a stock ecu for that engine for smog purposes because the spoon programing is making the engine running rich. just my .02
