Eliminating Clutch Safety Switch
I have a '93 Civic and was wondering if anyone has eliminated their clutch switch, the switch that requires you to push the clutch in to start the car. The grommet that pushes that switch in broke off and now I have to reach under the dash to push the button in to start the car.
Is it going to cause any harm to cut the wires and solder them together, or should I put an inline fuse there?

lol everyone does it
up at the top of the pedal assembly there is a little plug with 2 wires,
pull the 2 wires out of the plug, strip them and solidly connect them together, tape or shrink sleeve them up, and tuck them out of the way in your dash
should take about 5 minutes
