Has anyone had any experiences with cut outs? I found a link to this one http://www.quicktimeperformance.com/ and some guy on the prelude boards said that he had it but the problem with his was it didn't close all the way, so it made sound. Any other brands that people know of? Thanks

IMO....its not worth it on a honda. I have one on mine and you lose A LOT or low end. Leave it for the v8's

 

whoops i put the wrong link...I was gonna put that same link. What set it are you running? If I go turbo wouldn't it work better? I have friends that run headers out in their all motor set ups and it makes their car pull a lil more in the high end, I would assume this would be a better solution especially since I don't want to be driving around with the loud sound.

 

I had a built b18c with jum cams, but now i'm stock again. I lost low end and thought i gained a lot of top end also. It was just the sound that made it seem faster but inreality it wasn't that much quicker

 

Did you dyno your car? How do you think the cut out would work with a Force induction application?
