Default electrical/not sure-problem, please help

I have a 2003 honda civic si (hatchback). the other day i was going over a curb, little faster than i should've been and my front passenger tire blew. my car is lowered and when it blew the curb dented the oil pan and banged up the exhaust really bad. immediately after my speedometer and odometer stopped working. my battery light came on as well. i replaced the tire and checked it out underneath and besides the exhaust sound horrendous there where no leaks out of the pan or anything to crazy. i have a 45min drive to work everyday and about halfway there all my gauges shutoff. then the car started going in and out of throttle like it was running out of gas and the eps(electronic power steering) light came on. then i shutoff my headlights and wipers and it went back to running fine but the gauges still kept going in and out. anyone have any idea what this could be and what steps i need to start doing to see what is wrong with it? I'm a broke college student and I'm decently mechanically inclined so taking it to a shop is last resort. Any insight would be great.
