Default Electrical load detector, idle and aftermarket ECU?

hey guys
i got a 94 honda prelude si

can someone tell me where the electrical load detector is and is it controlled by factory ECU?

how can i connect the electrical load detector to my standalone ECU?

i can get my standalone programmed to raise idle when electrical load is higher (like with headlights + wipers), but only if the electrical load detector is connected to it.

Also, is it the idle air valve that opens more when the car is cold so that it raises the rpms and the car warms up faster? i'd like to connect this to my standalone ECU too.

any help would be appreciated
thanks

call the company that makes for stand aloe system
yes the idle air control controls idle so dpes the fast idle vale. some stand alone dont have them and you have to tune it to get it to idle right.
