Had diagnostics run on my Honda CRV 2011 and now my radio (doesn't run), and my door locks and back hatch locks only work when the car is running. What could this be. We checked fuses and ok. All other electrical runs, including windows.

 

Sounds to me like a control module, either body control or something else with in body control.
