I'm not one to usually ask about electrical questions, but this one has me stumpt. Two weeks ago my door look switch quit working, but only to unlock. The switch will still lock the doors. My keyless remote both unlock and lock the doors and so does my alarm remote. No fuses are blown after testing with a dmm and even pulling fuses out just to make sure. I installed new side mirrors couple days ago and cleaned the contacts on the switch/connector, but still the problem continues. I really hate it cuz my door doesnt unlock when i cut my car off now and it pisses me off cuz i keep trying to open a locked door that should be unlocked =P

 

I'm guessing noone else knows what to check either. <bump>

 

Can anyone help me out?

at least someone decided to answer =P That's what I figured was bad switch since I checked all the wiring and cleaned the contacts. Now I wonder how long it will take me to get a new switch
