Default ELD trouble shooting on 91 EF

i got a code 20 and i dont know what a ELD is...cant find it and i need help. anybody know where to find this?

but im having trouble finding it on the car. i know it has something to do with the ecu since u told me but is there any real way to b able to tell what it is for certain?

the code narrows it down to ecu wiring, from there it just troubleshooting.

what is the car doing/ or not doing?

nvm i found the problem. it was the stupid stereo.
