97 Honda Civic has codes
#20 Electrical Load Detector
#42 primary O2 sensor
#65 secondary O2 sensor
Also the guage cluster speedo is going wacko-I think this is the speedo head in the guage cluster.
*I replaced both O2 sensors but still throwing all 3 codes, when I hook up the OBD II Diagnosis Tester it does not show the Elecrical Load Detector,it shows a problem with the fuel trim without the car even being started and even after the code is erased. VERY CONFUSED.
*O2 sensor reading on the Diagnosis Tester are reading very rich, before and after the cat converter.

This is for 96-98 Civic
Just incase I talked to a local shop and there is a service bulletin on this problem. Its a wire rubbin again the intake manifold bracket this then and blows the 7.5AMP in the fuse box #15.
