EGR? What does EGR stand for??
My car info:
'93 VX with everything stock except Si b-pipe + Si muffler.
Throwing CEL... checking the code later today.
What does EGR stand for? A tech said that either catalytic converter or EGR failure could result in HIGH NOx readings during emission testing... could someone help me out?
Also, anyone know what I should do to pass the NOx reading...
actual=~2500 @ 25% load @ 25mph
allowed=~1300 @ 25% load @ 25mph
The funny thing is that at 15% load, NOx reading is very low...
actual=~137 @ 50% load @ 15mph
allowed=~1300 @ 50% load @ 15mph
I'm thinking that for some reason that VTEC-E has something to do with it...
Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Cool thanks for the pic!!!
Now, my next question is that CEL code is for bad O2 sensor. Is this code in any way related to EGR valve? Also, how do I check to see if EGR valve is clogged or not? Just open it up?
