Default ef suspension options for track

hi guys i have an ef and was just wondering what are some really good coil over suspension that won't blow or leak really quick. i know of the obvious types such as tein and jic. but those are really expensive. i will save my money but i was interested in know if any of u guys have used or heard of progress ? i have read in sport compact car magazine that they are really good. has any one tracked with it and what do u guys think of koni yellows and coil over sleeves ? i heard they work really well and are one of the best bang for the buck type suspenion kits.

thanks in advance.

I've been running Ground Control sleeves with Tokico Illumina's for the past 2 years for track events. does pretty well for the money spent. I heard the Progress kit is good for the money for full coilovers
