Default which ecu would be best?!?!

ok, so i have the 1.6L SOHC non-VTEC ZC OBDI (possibly from a 93-95 integra zx or similar) anyways just the block was swapped, everything else (tranny, IM, ECU,...) is stock from my EJ2 (d15b7).

I was thinking that i could probably get better performance, gas milage, etc if I had the engine paired up with a proper ECU (instead of the current P06). I did a bit of research and found a lot for OBD0 zc's (because their basically d16a6's) but I was wondering if anyone knew which ECU would be best for mine. I found the p29 and p76 that could potentially be good candidates but the only problem is i don't know where i can get one of these.

So, if anyone had any insight it would be greatly appreciated. Also, could i get the ecu tuned or base-mapped instead?
