Default Is this a PR3 Automatic

I know this has been posted but what do all the codes mean not the PR3, PR4, PW0, etc. The other codes like for automatic/manual, generation etc. Also for chippers on my rom chip it has a arrow which direction would that go in a PR3.
New PR3 zif ECU reason for the chippers info

Is it true that if you open the case all automatics with have a A/T stamped on the small board. If so will a auto ECU still work with a 5 speed? I have a spoon program will that cure the A/T problem
