Hey have a chipped p28 ecu with a skunk 2 program for a b16, i want to get it reprogrammed to have a lower vtec point and lower redline, is there anyone in socal preferebly 714 area, that can do this cheap, and do it quick, cuz its the only ecu i have so i need to drive my car. thanks
