Default ECU related peformance problim! really need help on this one

got a problem with my 94 JDM (very similar to USDM) Integra's performance. When I first start the engine up when it is cold it runs well until it warms up. after it warms up it will all of a sudden lose torque/HP throughout the power band. It's most noticeable when off vetec especially in low end and mid range. when i accelerate from 1000RPM the car just doesn't seem to have the torque that it does when I first start it (it feels boggy and seems to struggle a little). The funny thing is that after warming it up and experiencing the power drop, I than turn the ignition off for a few seconds and than on again the engine roars into life again with it's power/torque restored how it should be. I noticed this power drop occurring about a month ago. I though it might be just my car having an unhappy day Definitely not the case.
I've tried everything that i can think of to fix it. from resetting the ECU to tweaking the VTEC controller (fields).

I think it could be something to do with the car running in closed loop mode when i first start the engine. Then when it goes into open loop mode and begins to listen to the sensors something is screwing up impairing my performance.
just to get an idea: I usually run 6.3sec 0-100 (GTech). ever since i've had this problem i've been running around 7.5 sec on the GTech Meter.
My mods are:
- CAI
- full 2.5" 5Zigen Exaust Sys
- 4-1 JDM DC Sports Extractors
- Fields SFC-VTEC controller (4900RPM crossover)
- Hondata Heatshield Gasket
- Port Matched Skunk2 Inlet Manifold
- Stock P72 ECU
- 15" Enkei RP01's
- Full JDM Mugen Body Kit

I appreciate any help from anyone so I might be able to fix this annoying problem
thanks

check the o2 sensor may be your problem,
also maybe your running too lean , in warm up the car runs rich , so if it runs better either your o2 sensor is telling it to run more lean or your car just isn't running rich enough

check FPR and Pressure if leaks,35psi should be max lower could be,too low is effecting lean phase...

Yup, check your o2 sensor... or maybe even replace it. BTW - when did you get the Sunk2 IM Steve?

To be honest lyonel I don't have one yet. But its a lot easier to say that i have a skunk2 manifold than trying to explain what i've done.
oh well here goes. When I took the manifold off I stripped it down and removed the plate that has the 4 butterfly valves that open up the secondary runners (makes runners 2.5cm shorter). Quite simple to do. than I bought a new gasket from honda to go between the runners and the plenum. I than, with a little help from a friend bored out the runners to make them rounder and larger. I than polished and cleaned up the plenum chamber/Runners. Finally I port matched the runners to the plenum.
Basically a do it yourself skunk2. I actually found no noticeable difference in low end when I disabled the primary runners having the large short runners on all the time. Tried simply removing the vacuum tube that opens the butterflies. despite what some people say I have definitely felt gains in mid range and top end along with a more sudden bark and pull when vtec comes on (I'm primarily going for top end).
Haven't dynoed it yet. but i'm confident I'll be getting gains. It'll be fun to compare this mod with a skunk2 mani.
