OK. I am swapping a D16Z6 into a 4th gen DX. I am making an entire new harness. On the Helm's it shows two wires coming from pin A16 that are both going to the alternator, first of all there is only one wire coming from pin A16 a WHT/YEL wire but the Helm's also shows a PNK wire that goes to BLU on the engine harness. Should I just splice both the WHT/YEL and the BLU from the engine harness to the WHT/YEL on the ECU?

BTW does anyone have any helpful information on this swap? I have looked up and down and have not found a whole lot. Right now I am just connecting the wires together according to the Helm's.

 

Also which wires do I have to connect to use an automatic ECU in a 5sp car? I heard you only have to jumper two wires?

I really need to find out why the manual is showing this. (Does it mean the wire could be either color?)
