Default ecu question

i wanna boost my stock 96 cx and i wanna run 450cc dsm's and i want to re-chip the ecu. so that means i gotta go out and get an obd1 cause the obd2 cant be chipped right, so i go to the junkyard and get an ecu from a del sol and it reads:

37820-p06-a02

my question is, can i use this ecu cause i noticed its a differnt motor, sorry dont have much knowledge bout the sohc ecu's
thanks

The 96+ HX/CX/DX/LX uses a 3 wire IACV... P05s, P06s, P28s etc use a 2 wire IACV... You have to rewire to get the nice smooth idle Also, your injectors are 180s whereas the 92-95s are 240s... You should be running lean...
