Default ECU Programming

Can a dyno techie program my ECU to its optimum settings after testing or is a jumper unit necessary such as a Fields or Apexi

Are you asking about someone that would be able to uplead new fuel/timing curves to your ecu in realtime? You would need a sort of data logger/stand alone to get that accomplished! But, there is a place called Ericks Racing that can write custom ecu programs, but you will pay for it. Also, if you just want to optimize fuel/timing a vafc should do the trick!

http://www.jdmhondaparts.com They can also reprogram ECU's.
