Default ECU problem for a swap

Okay, here's the burning topic and question:

I have a 90 CRX HF. I am trying to put an LS motor in it. I was told by someone that I need the PR4 ECU to get this thing running. I tried plugging it in but the plugs do not match. The harness has 2 black plugs and 1 white plug. The "holes" in the harness look like they are in a straight line like this:

_ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _
_ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _

The PR4 ECU's metal connections are kinda un-aligned like this:

-- -- _ _ _ _ _ _ -- --
-- -- _ _ _ _ _ _ -- --

Am I doing something wrong? Do I have the right ECU? Is my CRX HF equipped with the wrong harness? Please let me know...

What year is the ecu from? If it's a 92 or 93 model, then the harness connectors won't fit. If the ecu is from a 90 or 91 car, then the connectors should fit.
