ecu pin removal tool
Could you clarify which pins you're talking about?
Where the harness meets the ecu = use your fingers, and get out your dictionary of curse words.
Where the chip fits in the socket on a chipped ecu = use an eprom puller -- available in a electronics repair set at radio shack. Also called an IC Puller in some cases.

These are the tools I found work well.
Honda ECU pin tool part # 07JAZ-002010A $15-20 from a honda dealer.
Just got mine yesterday.
For OBD0 ecu pins(it fits in with snap-on kit)
Snap-On pin terminal removal tool kit- part # TT 600 $ 30-40 from snap-on guy, or catalog.( 6 assorted tools in a pouch.)
Paper clips
mini flat head screwdrivers
BIG saftey pins or big sewing machine needles.
