Default ecu in new swap

i have a jdm p72 with a b18c, 5 speed on my 92 civic . now here is the problem i getting code 19 and 7. i check to see if the ecu was an automatic my said 37820-p72-003 which i think is manual. so that's not the problem. i don't know what it is? i know that code 7 is the tps sensor. i already check the ohms for the tps sensor and it gave me a reading of 5.25 0hms, so i buying a tps. i might be reading the code wrong for code 19. they blink like this. 7 shot pause 1 long and 9 short pause them 7 again. please help me tx!

Does your ECU look like this? Is it an OBDI ECU or OBDII?
