The serial number says p29 so it must be one.

I've never seen a P29 like that. The MCU code doesn't match anything related to the P29 on pgmfi.org. The MCU code does match the JDM P07 VTEC-E ECU. Here is a P29:



The ECU in the photo you linked to seems to be Russian or European and may not have the same programming as the JDM P29.
