Default ECU issues...help

Hey Guys
I am running a JDM B16A1 in a 1990 HB Si. My List of mods includes: AEM CAI, Skunk2 Intake Manifold, Greddy Oil Catch Can, MSD SCI ignition, MSD Blaster SS coil, MSD Distributor Cap, Autometer Oil Pressure and A/F ratio guages, and an Apex'i VAFC. Anyways, I think I am having serious ECU trouble (PR3 ECU). My A/F ratio guage says my car is running completely rich. The guage moves a little when I drive but it still stays in the rich range. This is not the real problem but i think it is related to my car not allowing me to rev past 7000rpm. When i try to go past 7000rpm it feels like the throttle is cutting out. The VAFC is untuned as of yet (but i have not messed with the fuel maps at all) and I think it might be part of the problem as well. When I disoconnected the VAFC my check engine light came on and when i looked at my ecu there was a little red blinking light (2 long blinks and 2 shorts blinks ( It is relaying a trouble code right?? ) I tried resetting the ECU by removing the fuse but that did not do anything either. I haven't had a chance to get it to my mechanic yet but I asked him if he knew what trhe problem was he said he wasnt sure and he would have to look at it.
.
Please help
Thanks Guys
