ECU and injector size??

ECU and injector size??
If I am going to upgrade to bigger injectors from stock, will the computer figure it out?
I know I would have to reset the computer so it can "relearn" so to say the fuel requirements due to the new injectors, but is that all, or will I need my ECU rechipped for bigger injectors to get optimal results.
I am currently running Skunk2 P72. Maybe this program is already based on a certain size of injector? I really have no clue.
