Default ECU HELP H22

Ok I traded my accord for a prelude about 6 months ago. It's a 92 and I was told it had a JDM h22a, JDM tranny, and JDM p13 ecu swapped in it. I know it's all swapped because the h22a didn't come in the 92's, but I bought 28 pin ship for it and there isn't even a 28 pin chip on my ecu

on the side of the ecu it says

AT CONTROL UNIT
29100-P15-A41
LOT.NO. 1X23
US(P14)
Oki Electric industry Co., Ltd.

Can someone help me?

Simple, its not a P13, you were lied to, one of the forum FAQs deals with ECU numbers. Accord or one of the model FAQs.
