to be sure i would visit http://www.hondata.com and check out their charts for which ecu will run with what engine.

Not well, no. Only the P72 ecu (and technically the P13) will adress your needs to control the IAB circuitry.
This is in stock form, with some hardware modifications, any OBD1 honda/acura ecu MAY be able to be made to work.
