ECU HELP?????

I have a jdm b18c1 with a skunks2 mani and runing a itr ecu . Is it ok to run the itr ecu with the skunks2 mani or will it not run as strong ? I have had alot of people say that i should get a chiped ecu so that the skunks2 mani will work right. Also i am runing rich to and some times some cels. I need help

Well first off, what CEL's are you throwin'? This will determine what course of action to take with your ride.
