Default ECU Experts! Decipher this P13 ECU! Need to know the specifics

so i have this ecu in my hands that ended up on my desk one day.. i need to know what kind of ecu it is..

first of all, someone wrote in a neon marker "H22A BB4" on the ecu

the label on the top side of the ecu is missing, i only have the label on the side, which reads:

37820-P13-900
551-104545
denshigiken

and sideways it says "4W"

now can anyone tell me

1. if its Manual or Auto
2. what 4W means
3. what the # "900" means after p13
4. if its jdm or usdm
5. obd1 or obd2 info would be nice too!

i would like to make use of this ecu and i need accurate information.. so please help me out!

</TD></TR></TABLE>

1. Auto
2. Only direct relation I have seen = 4 Wheel steer
3. For what you need to know = Auto ecu
4. JDM
5. OBD1, represented by all grey colored plugs, 26 positions on the A plug, 16 on the B plug, 12 on the C plug and 22 on the D plug.
