I would recommend the p28 single cam ecu. They are cheap as dirt. Then get it rechipped with a Mugen, SPOON, TODA, or JUN program for about $150 more. That would be best.

look for an ecu on http://www.thepartstrader.com
if you purchase a p28, visit http://www.locashracing.com or katman at http://www.jdmhondaparts.com
you will need an obdI ecu, so don't buy an obdII. Look on spending between $200-300 total.
