Default ecu differences

Engine 2.2 liter f22b dohc non vtec (jdm) basically a destroked h23. I was using the accord ecu for a f22a with the engine which is a sohc. I have a p75 integ ecu and i tried it out for a couple days, and i have noticed that the accord ecu has more low end grunt than the p75. but the accord ecu runs out of breath around 6500 rpm's. On the other hand the p75 is sluggish till around 4500 rpm's then it just picks up all of a sudden all up tp 7000 rpms. Please give me your insight as i am thinkning og trading the ecu for a h23 ecu.
