EAC Valve?

EAC Valve?
What your looking at is the Intake Manifold from a '95 Integra GSR.
Is #14 the EAC (Electronic Air Control) Valve? It just says "valve assembly"

Is it also refered to as the IAC (Idle Air Control) Valve?
