E-manage code 14....blah

E-manage code 14....blah
I have the emanage wired up to an e-vtec motor and i know everything is wired correctly according to the diagram and the jumpers are set in the right position but im still getting a code 14 saying the wiring is incorrect.
Does anyone know what could be wrong?
