dyno plot, aem file for ITR (hi comp, 84.5mm)
Well, finally got the ITR sorted out. It started 18 months ago when I sent the engine to Leitner Performance in Toronto for a resleeve, headwork etc. They bothced pretty much everything and after 10 months of trying to fix it piecemeal the block cracked. I pretty much had to redo everything. Payn Technologies in Detroit did the engine build and DART did the machine work. Tapp auto and Pace Autosport in Ottawa did dyno tuning and other stuff. Camco Acura put the engine back in the car.
The low dyno plot is done on a calibration file made from coastdown measurements on my car. The other is an older dyno cal file that I did most of my previous testing with so I could compare. On a stock bottom end, before head porting and without the AEM EMS the car dynoed at 201hp using the older dyno cal file.
Mods are as follows:
DART 84.5mm block
Carillo rods
Wiseco pistons 9cc dome volume (11.8:1)
Payn Technologies ported head (super street? around 295cfm flow)
Toda Spec C's and toda valvetrain
Ferrea valves 1mm over on intake 0.5mm over on exhaust
AEM EMS
the usual boltons
how do I attach AEM .cal file?
Comments are welcome.......
