dyno numbers...are they normal???
ok i popsted this in the integra forum but thought i might get some more responses here, i have a 99 gsr with the mods in my sig, here are the numbers.

118 ft-lbs of torque
I was expecting a lil more out of all the mods, what do you guys think of the numbers...ill have the chart posted as soon as i get it scanned.

Sounds about right.
Have you considered switching to either Hondata or the A'PEXi VAFC and getting it tuned? You could probably squeeze a few more horses out of the mods you have by doing that.
Baseline on a GSR is about 140 give or take a little bit, and almost no mod is going to free up the amount of horsepower that the manufacturer claims.

yeah i wasn't sure if the VAFC would be worth it, how much whp could i get from tuning it with the VAFC? And i am hoping that the next mod will be a ctr cam so hopefully ill be able to break 170whp with that setup...
Everything depends on everything else, you can improve airflow with an intake and an exhaust, but you are limited to the amount of airflow you can increase if you are still using the stock intake manifold and throttle body. And remember that if you are using a preprogrammed ECU, then it is probably tuned to be used in conjunction with products made by the same company, whereas something like a VAFC can be programmed to suit any setup within it's capabilities.
