dVictor X mani. is on throwing code 14(IAC)?

Victor X mani. is on throwing code 14(IAC)?
the car is running had to drive it back to my apartment, but code 14 is showing.
Is it all about the tuning to get rid of it or did I miss something.
-This is on a B16a1 in a 4th gen which made it a B***H to get in but accomplished.
Is it allright to drive with this code? The car is running rich as a **** and idles like a V8 with a lobing cam.
