Default DSMtalk is down and I need help!!

Ive got a 93 DSM with a 6bolt swap from a 92. I was running my '92 6 bolt with my '93 tranny. Then one day my one of the bolts backed out of the tranny and it went Kaput. So I bought a tranny from a junk yard out of a '90 DSM. I put everything in and when I went to start it, it wouldn't start. So then I push started it and it started fine. When I try to start it the starter makes this noise that sounds like its spinning but it doesnt hit the flywheel. I got the starter replaced and the new one does the same thing. I dont know what to do. If anyone has any suggestions please let me know.
