DSM's suck azz!!!
we (speedynamics) took a job on putting a evolution engine in a 90 talon and this has been nothing but a bitch from the start. The guy who sold us the engine (booted) said everything would line up, not so at all had to mismatch a lot of the crap because the engine wont work in the car. The thing that really ticked me off was that the guy who sold us the engine said he inpected it and cleaned it, did neither. Now we had to replace three head studs on it (broke off) and the oil pump. So once again fu@# DSM's.
That's pretty damn retarded to say that a car sucks because you fucked up & didn't do your homework... almost as retarded as posting something this ghey in the "Tech" forum.

Man, it's a good thing whenever guy sold my brother a first gen b16a for his 92 hatch, and told him "it's a bolt in" i didn't come on here and say honda's suck... cause it was surely not a bolt in job for a newbie to the honda world

DSM kick ***. Quick and easy power for the amount of money spent. I'm not sure of this but i think the evo III or Iv is the most compatible with the USDM eclipses.

no they are not and I was just venting, I actually like the dsm's just not to work on them so if you did not realize that then
It's already been mentioned before the Evo 3 and I believe 4 have motors that are correctly oriented. The newer Evo's are backwards though, but parts like the exhaust manifold and O2 housing will bolt on without a problem
hmmm......although evo engines are nice I personally like the 4G63 that came in the stock talons. You can extract LOTS and LOTS of power from it without having to swap the engine.......
case and point, you should have gotten the 4G63 that is a STRAIGT BOLT ON, avoided a lot of headaches and maybe now you would be experiencing the power of a DSM....

DSM's can kick almost any honda's *** with thier stock turbo and a couple bux.. I wouldnt mind having one for sure.
obviously the quarter mile is another story, but that gets the
anyhow
DSM's are just a bootch to work with if your used to working on Hondas. I tried to do a T-Belt job that turned into a week long adventure
