Default dropping headers

My dad is an old guy and he wont let me get headers becuase when he had his 68' GTO headers dropped below the car, giving it less ground clearance. i would like to konw if they would drop down in my 98 civic becuase my car's already lowered and i wouldn't be able to get up my driveway if they dropped me down more. thanks for all ur help.

Default Re: dropping headers (meams)

they will be very close ot the stock height, depending on which ones you get.

You may have a problem, you may not. They certainly don't drop down very much, even the one that do.

What kind of driveway are you haing trouble getting up? Because you can avoid scraping your header by driving over a bump at an angle...(so that the front tire and low point of header are crossing the bump at the same time)
