Default Dropped a valve

Is the motor salavagable if i dropped a valve. I think its stuck in the cylinder. I tried cranking by hand and piston wont come up. please help.

It's probably done, you should pull the head and have a look. It may not be turning over because of the crank. A few months ago a customer of mine shifted his S2000 into 2nd at 120MPH... cracked a roller bearing in the head and dropped two valves in #4, the valves were in the exhaust (mostly) and the crank actually bent so you couldn't rotate the motor very far by hand.
